Welsh Open 2009 - banquet

Thanks to the sterling work of Mr Vic Eldridge we now have a banquet arranged for Saturday 19th September at:

Most people are booked in but if you haven't contacted
Vic yet and you want to come let him know ASAP. Arrival time is from 7:00 p.m. and a fully stocked bar is adjacent to the Mallard Suite. We need to be seated in the Mallard Suite ready for the banquet to start at 8:00 p.m.

Red and white wine to be served at table

Chicken liver parfait
Main Course
Breast of chicken wrapped in bacon with a fine white wine cream sauce
Panache of vegetables
New potatoes
Profiteroles with chocolate sauce
Coffee and mint chocolates
A vegetarian menu is available for those wishing it -- just let
Vic know ASAP. The cost of the banquet including wine at the table will be £27.50 per head. Would you kindly ensure your prompt payment is made, in cash, at the Friday pilot's briefing on the Bwlch.
